In this lesson you will add, subtract, multiply, and divide rational numbers fluently, meaning quickly and accurately, in whole-number, decimal, and fraction form. A rational number can be written as a fraction of two integers where the denominator is not zero, so 4, negative 3, 0.75, 2/3, and negative 2 1/2 all count.
