The Four Factors of Production

By the end of this lesson, you will describe how natural resources, labor, capital, and entrepreneurs shape economies around the world. Together these four things are called the factors of production, the basic ingredients a society needs to make goods and provide services. Different amounts of each explain why countries produce different things.
